TERMA H/TERMA HV is a steel thermal unit with a stainless steel hot water tank, for simultaneously supplying domestic hot water to different points of consumption.

The range includes up to 2 wattages - 30 and 45 kW - and 2 hot water tank versions, 100-litre or 130-litre, making it the ideal solution for single-family homes with major hot water consumption.

It can also be installed with sealed combustion for both wattages, to avoid using the air of the room it is located in.

Easy installation
The TERMA/TERMA V thermal unit is supplied totally assembled and with the fullest equipment on the market within its category, including:

• Domestic hot water safety unit.
• Brass dielectric sleeves (exclusive DOMUSA design).
• Automatic dual safety drain valves.

Stainless steel hot water tank
The hot water tank is entirely made of stainless steel, an extremely hard-wearing material, and it is totally immersed in the heat exchanger. No magnesium anode is required, avoiding costly inspection and maintenance operations.

A wide range of options
The thermal unit may be equipped with a hydraulic kit for installation with an underfloor heating unit.
It also has a supplementary flow and return system for zoning the installation.
It includes a hot water recirculation socket, for easy connection of recirculating pumps.
